Meet Dr. Warren, we are so blessed to have such an inspiring leader at WMC.
⁠Warren's passion is treatment education and ensuring each and every patient is treated like a beloved family member. ⁠A physician since 2011, and a specialist in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Michalski works full time at Grand River and St Mary’s ER’s. His role is to ensure that all patients are medically appropriate to receive treatments, and to provide oversight to ensure any complications are addressed. He has been an injector himself since 2016!

Self-care and the beauty industry have always been a passion in Jessica’s life. She is a big believer in the power of prioritizing yourself and taking the time for self-care so as to feel your best! Her experience in managing different businesses for over a decade brings the skill set needed for the detail oriented cosmetic and aesthetic industry. In 2018 she felt an urge to use these skills to join an industry that thrives on boosting confidence and changing how people feel about themselves. Her managing philosophy is to run a business as though you own it; ultimately, this sense of ownership demonstrates to the clientele that you are truly passionate about what you offer as a business. 
In her personal life she is a wife and mom of two adorable children under the age of three; as you can imagine, they keep her extremely busy when she isn’t at the clinic.
Please make sure to stop in to say hi if you are passing her office before or after your appointment; if she is available, Jessica always loves a chat.

Nancy is our amazing Assistant Manager. She has been in the customer service world for over thirty years. She loves being able to greet and meet our guests daily. You'll often hear her say "I just love people" and she really does love establishing relationships with so many of you. She is a hairstylist by trade for over 25+ years and mother to two cool boys. She loves organization and we love that too!! She is so happy to be a part of the WMC team and can't wait to see you soon.

Aleesha is our Guest Service Specialist and has been in the customer service industry for several years. She enjoys daily interaction with clients and finds assisting the needs of others thoroughly rewarding. She recently graduated from the Medical Practices program at Conestoga College. She has always had a keen interest in medical aesthetics and admires the multitude of services that are available to boost ones confidence and enhance their own beauty. Aleesha is looking forward to scheduling you in for all your services and making sure to answer any questions you may have.

We are thrilled to have Dr. Curtis join the Waterloo Medical Cosmetics team. He brings with him 32 years’ experience as an ER Physician in KW. Skin Lesions and Mole removal is his specialty, he offers same day consultations and treatments.
His friendly and calm demeanor will make you feel comfortable and with his expertise and enthusiasm, we know he will take our services to the next level. Dr. Curtis is an avid outdoorsman so feel free to share your outdoor adventures with him when you visit!

Anna is a Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience. She is a board-certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Nursing, graduated from Western University in 2016. In 2012 she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honours and graduated on the Deans Honour Roll with Cum Laude Distinction from York University. Prior to becoming a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner her background includes High Risk Obstetrics and Emergency and Trauma Medicine. She enjoys educating and collaborating with patients to meet their goals, and she takes pride in treating her patients with kindness, inclusivity, respect, and empathy.

Shannon has always had an interest in aesthetics and started her education in Fashion Merchandising. After a few years she went back to school for nursing and for the past 10 years she has been following her passion for taking care of people and their overall wellness. She is excited for the opportunity to be a Cosmetic Nurse Injector as it allows her to bring together her two passions.
Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with her husband and two boys, she can usually be found in an arena watching them play hockey or lacrosse. Shannon also loves all things fitness, nutrition, and design. She looks forward to meeting some of you soon!

Fidan is our Lead Esthetician. She graduated from Gina’s College in 2008, she has 13 years of aesthetics experience, is a certified Dermalogica Expert, plus 10 years of experience as a laser technician. Fidan can help you with all your self-care needs! For relaxation she suggests Aromatherapy massage or hot stone massage. Her true passion is enhancing people’s skin, she loves all rejuvenation facials including microdermabrasion, micro-needling and peels.
Her passion for all things spa and beauty and caring personality makes her easy to warm up to and trust for all your skin care needs. When Fidan isn’t working you will find her with her family, she loves to go on walks and camp in the summer, the Pinery in Grand Bend is her favourite.

Charlotte is an experienced Esthetician, she graduated the Advanced Aesthetics and Laser Therapy program at Gina’s College in 2013.
With a great knowledge for everything “face” she loves to set up a skin care routine, as a Dermalogica Skin Care Expert she excels in facials and loves offering Dermaplaning. Charlotte is the lash extensions Pro but enjoys giving amazing enhancing lash lifts & tints as well as brow goal service, such as brow designs, lamination, and Henna Brow.
Whether she is educating clients on skin care and how to have glowing, healthy skin or giving that “wow factor” by framing her clients faces with spectacular brows or a fabulous set of lashes is what drives Charlotte in her career. When she is not at work you will find Charlotte at home with her family and rescue dogs. She loves music and dancing and is looking forward to her next girl’s night full of laughter!
