Dr. Warren Michalski is a true leader and the cornerstone of our team at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. With a decade-long journey in medicine, specializing in Emergency Medicine, he has been injecting beauty into lives since 2016. His compassionate approach ensures every patient is treated like family and he prioritizes educating patients on their treatments. When not practicing at Grand River and St Mary’s ERs, Dr. Michalski diligently oversees all medical procedures to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Physician
Dr. Mike Curtis is a valued addition to our team at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. With 32 years of experience as an ER Physician, he specializes in skin lesions and mole removal, providing same-day consultations and treatments. Dr. Curtis's friendly and calm demeanor ensures that every client feels comfortable under his care. His extensive expertise and passion for the field elevate our services to new heights. An outdoorsman at heart, Dr. Curtis always welcomes stories about your outdoor adventures.

Nurse Practitioner
Anna, a board-certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, brings over ten years of nursing expertise to our team. After graduating Cum Laude from York University and later achieving her Master of Nursing from Western University in 2016, she possesses a robust background in High-Risk Obstetrics, and Emergency and Trauma Medicine. Anna believes in the power of collaboration and education to achieve patient goals. With kindness, inclusivity, respect, and empathy at the core of her approach, she ensures every patient feels valued and understood.

Cosmetic Nurse Injector
With a decade-long nursing experience and a keen eye for aesthetics, Shannon serves as our dedicated Cosmetic Nurse Injector. Her journey began with studying Fashion Merchandising before embracing her calling in nursing. She finds immense joy in promoting overall wellness and is thrilled to combine her two passions at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. Outside of work, she treasures family moments with her husband and two boys, whether it's at a hockey arena or at home. Shannon's interests also include fitness, nutrition, and design.

Medical Aesthetician, Lash Technician 4xCertified, Skin Care Expert, Laser Technician
Charlotte Cooper is a skilled aesthetician with a deep understanding of skincare routines and procedures. She graduated from Gina’s College in 2013 and has since become a Dermalogica Skin Care Expert. From advanced spa treatments to lash lifts and brow services, Charlotte is committed to helping her clients achieve their beauty goals. She is also an educator, providing her clients with easy-to-follow skincare tips and tricks. When not in the clinic, Charlotte loves spending time with her family, and her rescue dog, and enjoying music and dance.

General Manager
Jessica Haddon, our General Manager, channels her passion for self-care and the beauty industry into the heart of Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. With over a decade of managerial experience, she efficiently navigates the intricacies of the cosmetic and aesthetic industry. Jessica is driven by boosting confidence and changing lives. She lives by the philosophy of managing a business as if you own it, reflecting her passion and dedication to our clients. A mother to two children and three pets, Jessica warmly welcomes chats with clients whenever she is available.

Assistant Manager
Nancy Lameira, our amazing Assistant Manager, brings over three decades of customer service experience to Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. Her love for meeting and greeting our guests each day is only matched by her joy in seeing clients leave as their best selves. An expert organizer and former hairstylist, Nancy has always been passionate about the health and beauty industry. Outside the clinic, she is a dedicated mother to two boys and an avid traveler, eagerly anticipating her next adventure.

Guest Service Coordinator and Social Media Manager
Meet Aleesha Razack, our efficient Guest Service Coordinator and savvy Social Media Manager. With years of customer service experience and a recent graduation from the Medical Practices program at Conestoga College, Aleesha brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role. She finds deep satisfaction in assisting others and has a strong interest in medical aesthetics. Aleesha is eager to help schedule your services, answer your questions, and enhance your beauty and confidence through the multitude of services we offer at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics.

Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Raman (RN, BScN) is a highly skilled injector who is passionate about providing the best possible care to all clients. Raman believes that all individuals are unique and treatments and consultations should be tailored to their individual needs. She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 after which she began her career by practicing in acute care medicine with experience in the Cardiovascular and Emergency Department. However, her interest in beauty and aesthetics in nursing lead her to work with a well renowned Toronto Plastic Surgeon in 2016. During her years with the Cosmetic Clinic she assisted in many surgical and non-surgical treatments, was a circulating and post-operative recovery nurse and worked with many different laser treatments including DiVa and TruSculpt. She strongly believes in ongoing education and professional development. In 2017 she attended The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses in Florida (ISPAN 2017). In 2018 she attended workshops and training classes at the Aesthetics Meeting in New York City and in 2019 she received specialized training in injectables with THMA Consulting Medical Aesthetics Training and Preceptorship Program in Toronto.

Cosmetic Nurse Injector, RPN
Janelle has been an RPN for the last 12 years in various health care fields before finding a passion in the beauty and cosmetic/therapeutic injectables industry. With 3 years of experience in cosmetic and therapeutic injections her goal is patient safety and outcomes while prioritizing ongoing education to serve you better. Janelle is excited to meet new and existing patients and work together towards common goals.

Medical Aesthetician, Laser Specialist, Skin Expert
Gohar has a profound passion for beauty and science, she is dedicated to providing exceptional personalized care to her clients and believes in the transformative power of medical aesthetics treatments, as well as the impact they have on enhancing self confidence and overall well-being. Her gentle manner will make you feel comfortable and calm. Her favourite treatments are lasers, microneedling and chemical peels. She loves seeing the results you can achieve in just a couple sessions paired with consistent at home skin care.
