Pigment and sun damage
Selected brown spots and uneven pigmentation may respond to laser or light-based treatment, but melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation require particular caution. Assessment helps reduce the risk of making pigment worse.
Visible vessels and redness
Selected superficial vessels and areas of redness may be treated with vascular laser settings. Not every cause of facial redness is vascular, so rosacea and sensitive skin may need a broader plan.
Skin quality and tightening
Some laser treatments are used to stimulate collagen and improve texture or firmness. Results are gradual and vary with age, baseline skin quality and treatment intensity.
